Notes: It was a wonderfully sunny day, especially this morning, and I had a photoshoot booked in Thorndon Country Park with a lady who walks dogs for a living. I decided to head over there early and catch some great light, and enjoyed a 3 mile walk before she arrived with her hounds. This was straight out of the camera – I have literally done nothing to it, showing wonderful colours and vibrancy.

Title: Filtered Sunlight

Notes: Despite a different forecast, the weather was beautifully sunny first thing, so I decided to nip out for a quick walk in the nature reserve at Hanningfield Reservoir. It proved to be an excellent diversionary tactic from doing the filing at home, albeit temporary!

Notes: Another day spent largely in front of the computer, despite the weather being very nice. I managed to skip out as the sun was going down and had a quick wander around Galleywood Common. I found the light in the woods streaking through the trees and onto this bracken.

Location: Holybred Wood, Little Baddow

Notes: Despite having the start of a runny cold coming on, I decided to take a walk this afternoon before the rain sets in for the rest of the weekend. Holybred Wood is a lovely little spot and when the sun came out, the ferns were glowing under the trees. I loved the contrast in greens I found. A different take on a similar subject to Day #255.

Title: Spring Green
Location: Garnett’s Wood

Notes: It was another grey afternoon, but I managed to explore the lovely little Garnetts Wood without getting rained on. It was pretty muddy underfoot, but I liked the soft light filtering through the trees. A little Orton served to enhance the dream-like feeling.
