Day #1581 Title: Floodwaters
Location: White’s Bridge
Camera: Panasonic Lumix GF1 / 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 IOS
Notes: Persistent heavy rain for a few days reliably floods the River Wid at White’s Bridge. This evening, I cycled down London Hill to take a look. The sun even came out to give me some interesting light. I thought this would make a great shot for Treasure Hunt Theme #76 – Remarkable Weather.

Day #1580 Title: Cozy Fire
Location: Elham, Kemt
Camera: Panasonic Lumix GF1 / 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 IOS
Notes: After a day at BarCamp Canterbury2 today, I went to stay with a friend who lives nearby. We enjoyed a leisurely dinner, chat and the odd glass of wine by the fire as the rain lashed down outside. Read  more about my weekend trip.

Day #1578 Title: Islands
Location: Chelmsford
Camera: Panasonic Lumix GF1 / 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 IOS
Notes: Another day trying to dodge the showers. I was in town with friends for our monthly tea and cake meeting when I spotted these big fat droplets on a table outside the café. Needless to say, we decided to have our cake indoors today!
