Day #1673 Title: Delighting Shepherds
Location: Galleywood Common
Camera: Panasonic Lumix GF1 / 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 IOS
Notes: I hadn’t taken any sunsets for months, and now this is the third in the space of a fortnight! Guess it means we are having some better weather, at last.

Day #1672 Title: The Golden Owls
Location: Leeds
Camera: Panasonic Lumix GF1 / 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 IOS
Notes: It was the second day of Leeds Hack today, which meant I spent much of it either indoors with a computer or driving home again. But I did manage to catch a few minutes of sunshine this morning in the centre of Leeds. The golden owls (from the Leeds City crest) looked resplendent against the blue sky.

Day #1670 Title: Natural Spectacle
Location: City Island, Leeds
Camera: Panasonic Lumix GF1 / 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 IOS
Notes: Whilst the Olympic opening ceremony spectacle was unfolding on the telly, this natural wonder was happening out of the balcony window…

Day #1668 Title: Hot In The City
Location: Fitzroy Square, London
Camera: Canon EOS 7D / 24-105mm EF f/4 L IS USM
Notes: It was very warm this evening, so I took a wander around Belgravia for a few pictures and a couple of geocaches on the way back to the tube. The flags and bunting are still up in Fitzroy Square from the Jubilee – and the old Georgian windows have been thrown open to let in some cool air.
