Notes: I went for a sunny 11 mile bike ride this morning, taking Sunny Domo around the sights of Chelmsford. One stop was by the statue of Guglielmo Marconi, commemorating the first wireless radio transmissions here in Chelmsford. I liked the shadow it cast. Marconi’s first transatlantic transmission was in 1901. And where would we be, without wireless/radio telecommunications today? I thought this would make a good shot for Treasure Hunt Theme #79 – Things That Make Life Easier. I took a closer view of the statue back in 2008 on Day #286.
