Day #1810

Posted by Caz on Friday, 14th December 2012

Day #1810 Title: A Burst Of Sunshine
Location: At home
Camera: Canon EOS 7D / 50mmEFf/1.4 USM
Notes: Another miserably wet day. The sun managed to poke its head between the clouds briefly, but I knew I wouldn’t be able to get to anywhere particularly picturesque before it disappeared again. So a quick view from the window is the best I could do.

Day #1804 Title: Winter Outline
Location: Galleywood Common
Camera: Panasonic Lumix GF1 /45-200mm f/4-5.6 IOS
Notes: A simple image at a familiar location today. I popped out for some grocery shopping just as the sunset was fading, so made a quick detour to Galleywood Common to photograph this twisty old tree. It was last featured way back on Day #339, almost exactly 4 years ago.

Day #1742 Title: Pink & Orange Macro
Location: Billericay, Essex
Camera: Canon PowerShot G12
Notes: I took a trip out this afternoon to find a few caches in Billiercay, Hutton and Shenfield. During my wanderings, I found these tiny little flowers on a tree by a path. I’ve no idea what they are, but they looked pretty.

Day #1528 Title: Light After The Storm
Location: Tolleshunt Major
Camera: Panasonic Lumix GF1 / 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 IOS
Notes: It started off as a filthy miserable day, raining incessantly until well past lunchtime. Eventually, the sun broke through the dark cloud bank and there was a rather pleasant sunset.
