Location: West End, London
Camera: Panasonic Lumix GF1 /14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 IOS
Notes: We’ve had some foul weather during the summer, but it doesn’t mean you can’t find pictures – you just have to look in different directions. I made this during a lunchbreak wander around the West End after a rain storm.  I love the way the water has pooled in the little depressions in the metal, and this one was crying out for a strong mono treatment. This very nearly made it to pic of the day for Day #1663, but was pipped to the post by the strong lines of the building.

Notes: Crazy weather on the way home this evening – very ominous clouds and by the time I got home, an impressive hailstorm which left huge crunchy lumps on the path to the back door. Not what you would expect for May!
