Beam Me Up, Scotty!

Beam Me Up, Scotty!

This week’s Challenge 52 Theme was “slow shutter” so three of my Domos helped me out by posing in the studio while I waved the lightstick about. They loved the effect and thought they were in Star Trek!

Here’s an out-take from earlier in the session:

The Hippy, The Lion And The Dragon

Today we had fun with Caz and Alistair who took us geocaching on Galleywood Common. It was quite cold but we were all wrapped up nice and warm. I had my scarf while Leo and Alistair The Hippy had their woolly hats. We found this cache which had a stripey egg in it! It’s a bit early for Easter, but it was fun to find anyway.

Challenge 52 – Week #4

Some of the Uglies were getting restless so I took them to the park this morning. They were delighted that the sun had come out but a little disappointed that all the snow has melted now.

They insisted I took them to the Big Slide as they said they wanted a go. All looks fine from the bottom, eh, guys?

Faint With Horror! Too Big!

But as soon as they got to the top and looked down, they were fainting with horror at the height of it. So, we resorted to Plan B and found a much more Ugly-sized one for them to have a go on:

What About This One?

Yes! We're Ready!

Yay! For Slidey Fun!

What Fun!

Much better! And then of course they had to have several goes…

Anyway, thanks for helping me out with this week’s challenge theme which was “looking up or looking down”. Well, we did both!

Geeky Loves Snow

Wanna play snowballs?

Wanna play snowballs?

Geeky was very excited this morning when he saw the amount of snow which had fallen overnight.

He could hardly believe his little bespectacled eyes and couldn’t wait to get out in the garden.

He ran round squealing in delight and challenging anyone who ventured nearby to a snowball fight.
