Day #1171

Day #1171Title: Peaceful Moorings – March
Location: Sandford Mill Lock, Chelmer & Blackwater Navigation
Camera: Canon EOS 7D / 24-105mm EF f/4 L IS USM
Notes: Originally I had hoped my March image from my chosen scenic location would be nice and sunny. But the fog this morning was quite atmospheric, so I decided to head down there to capture it. By the time I arrived, it was more mist than fog, but still gives a different mood to the two previous months’ images. So here you are, Treasure Hunt Theme #3 – Scenic Location March

Day #1170

Day #1170Title: Foggy Evening
Location: At home
Camera: Panasonic Lumix GF1 / 20mm EF f/1.7
Notes: A busy day catching up after my trip to Newcastle – and the weather was back to the grey cement lid all day. I enjoyed judging at Thurrock Camera Club this evening (a bit of a marathon with over 100 prints!), but enjoyed the drive there and back in the fog less so. It wasn’t until I was nearly home that I realised I hadn’t got an image for the day. So this sums it up!
