Notes: There were some dramatic clouds over Beaumaris this morning – this was the view from the Pier after a short, sharp storm. More was on its way!

Notes: While I was in Colwyn Bay photographing the pier before it gets pulled down, I noticed this attractive mosaic near the new sailing centre.

Notes: This couple were enjoying the summer sunshine on Skegness Pier when I visited this afternoon. It doesn’t look busy from this viewpoint, but just off camera, the pier was heaving with folks making the most of it.
