Day #272Title: Creeping Veins
Location: Ramsden Heath, Essex
Camera: Braun Paxette IIM / Pointikar 45mm f/2.8
Film: Ilford Delta 100 (expired)
Notes: I’m always fascinated just how much evidence of ivy remains, even when it appears to have been removed. This was on a railway bridge in Ramsden Heath.

Day #268

Day #268Title: C4
Location: Grand Union Canal, Shoreditch, London
Camera: Yashica 44 Black / Yashikor 60mm f/3.5
Film: Kodak Edupe (5044) 100
Notes: I took the opportunity of a walk along the Grand Union Canal today with a friend, while we were both at an event in nearby Shoreditch. This graffiti was quite striking. It’s a mono conversion from Kodak Edupe (slide stock), cross-processed in C41 chemistry (usually for prints). My original shot was going to be on the Foth Derby II but the film got stuck in the camera and I’m not certain it’s going to come out OK, so I’m using this sprocket image as my shot of the day.

Day #255

Day #255Title: Viaduct Patterns
Location: Wakes Colne, Essex
Camera: Voigtländer Vito B / Color-Skopar 50mm f/2.8
Film: Afga APX100
Notes: I had a grand geocaching walk around Wakes Colne today, covering just over 10.5 miles. Towards the end my route took me underneath the huge brick viaduct which carries the railway across the Colne valley. The holes in the piers are always good for a picture.
