Wedgehead, Wage, Peaco, Jeero and Pointy Max decided to do a balancing trick today while we were out walking along the canal. They were a bit wobbly to start with but soon got the hang of it. They make a great shot for this week’s Toybox52 theme – Cross Processed.
I thought Twenty 20 was something to do with Cricket, but apparently not.
My photo club has an exhibition scheduled in the local library and we have been asked to put together several panels of pictures on a theme, one of which is 20 – to mark the anniversary of the library.
Jeero and Wedgehead were very brave holding up two glowing candles on their heads.
I also managed to round up 20 Domos to help out with their picture – quite a feat – have you ever tried wrangling just half a dozen of these headstrong fellows, never mind 20?!
Is it possible to see what someone is thinking? Today we did an experiment in the studio. Wedgehead thought long and hard about cookies while I took some pictures – and yes! – you can see his thoughts escaping!
Oh dear, what a mess! But he got his cookies once we had cleared up.
Some of the Uglies were getting restless so I took them to the park this morning. They were delighted that the sun had come out but a little disappointed that all the snow has melted now.
They insisted I took them to the Big Slide as they said they wanted a go. All looks fine from the bottom, eh, guys?
But as soon as they got to the top and looked down, they were fainting with horror at the height of it. So, we resorted to Plan B and found a much more Ugly-sized one for them to have a go on:
Much better! And then of course they had to have several goes…
Anyway, thanks for helping me out with this week’s challenge theme which was “looking up or looking down”. Well, we did both!
Today is Alistair’s birthday. We wanted to wish him a Hippy Birthday * but Caz was so long taking our picture that we’ve already eaten all the cake! Oops! But we did save some nice candles, so we hope that is OK.
* Mr Duck calls him The Hippy, so he must be having a Hippy Birthday
